1. 您与我们的关系

欢迎使用 LumiPath 商城(以下简称"本商城"),本商城由 SOLOMCN GLOBAL LIMITED(星路環球有限公司,香港注册公司,商业登记号 81215400,注册地址:Unit E19, 2/F, Koon Wo Industrial Building, 63-75 Ta Chuen Ping Street, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong)(以下简称"LumiPath"或"我们")运营,域名为 shop.lumipath.cn。

本条款规定了您访问本商城、浏览商品页面和购买数字商品时与我们之间的权利义务。在本条款中,"您"指作为买家使用本商城的用户,"商品"指在本商城上架的课程、模板、资料包、软件授权等数字内容。

2. 接受条款

访问本商城或完成任何一笔购买,即表示您确认自己具备签订有约束力合同的能力,并同意遵守本条款。您的购买同时受我们的隐私政策和退款与撤回政策约束。

3. 商品与商家

本商城上架的商品由创作者(以下简称"商家")提供,商品页上的内容、价格、交付方式、退款摘要和授权边界由商家填写并对其真实性负责。
我们为商家提供页面托管、在线收款和自动交付能力,并对商品页进行发布前审核;审核不构成对商品质量的担保。
商品页上写明的条款如与本条款不一致,以对买家更有利者为准。

4. 下单与支付

下单时您需要提供有效的电子邮箱,交付内容将发送到该邮箱。邮箱填写错误导致的交付失败,请及时联系客服处理。
支付由持牌第三方支付机构处理,我们不存储您的完整银行卡信息。
支付成功即订单成立。商品页显示的价格为最终价格,币种以页面标注为准。

5. 交付与授权

数字商品在支付成功后自动交付,交付形式包括下载链接、激活码、课程开通或访问凭证。
除非商品页另有说明,您获得的是个人、非独占、不可转让的使用授权,可用于自己的学习和创作,不得转售、公开分发或用于再授权。
交付链接或凭证请妥善保管,不要分享给他人。因分享导致的滥用由您自行承担。

6. 知识产权

商品内容的知识产权归商家或其授权方所有;本商城的页面设计、品牌标识和技术实现归 SOLOMCN GLOBAL LIMITED 所有。未经许可,不得复制、修改、传播或以其他方式使用上述内容。

7. 禁止行为

违反任何适用的法律法规;
使用他人支付工具或虚假信息下单,发起恶意拒付;
破解、爬取、干扰本商城或其服务器和网络;
将购买的商品用于商品页明确禁止的用途。

出现上述行为时,我们有权取消订单、撤回交付并限制您继续使用本商城。

8. 退款与撤回

退款、取消和撤回规则见退款与撤回政策,该政策是本条款的一部分。

9. 服务变更与终止

我们可能随时调整商城功能或下架商品。已成立的订单不受影响,已交付的内容按商品页说明继续可用。

10. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内,本商城按"现状"提供。我们不对商品内容的适用性、以及您使用商品所取得的效果作任何明示或暗示的保证;对于因不可抗力、第三方支付或邮件服务故障造成的延迟,我们将协助处理但不承担赔偿责任。

11. 适用法律与管辖

本条款受中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律管辖并据其解释。因本条款或您的购买产生的任何争议,双方应先友好协商;协商不成的,提交香港法院非专属管辖。

Terms of Service

English version. Where the two versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.

1. Your Relationship with Us

Welcome to the LumiPath Store ("the Store"), operated by SOLOMCN GLOBAL LIMITED (星路環球有限公司), a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 81215400, registered address: Unit E19, 2/F, Koon Wo Industrial Building, 63-75 Ta Chuen Ping Street, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong) ("LumiPath", "we") at shop.lumipath.cn.

These Terms govern your access to the Store, your browsing of product pages, and your purchase of digital products. "You" means the buyer using the Store; "Products" means the courses, templates, resource packs, software licences and other digital content listed on the Store.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Store or completing a purchase you confirm that you are capable of entering into a binding contract and agree to these Terms. Your purchase is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Products and Merchants

Products are supplied by creators ("Merchants"). The description, price, delivery method, refund summary and licence scope on a product page are provided by the Merchant, who is responsible for their accuracy.
We provide page hosting, payment collection and automatic delivery, and review product pages before publication. This review is not a warranty of product quality.
If a product page conflicts with these Terms, whichever is more favourable to the buyer applies.

4. Orders and Payment

You must provide a valid email address at checkout; deliverables are sent there. If you mistype it, contact support promptly.
Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
An order is formed once payment succeeds. The price and currency shown on the product page are final.

5. Delivery and Licence

Digital products are delivered automatically after successful payment, as a download link, activation code, course access or access credential.
Unless the product page states otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own learning and creative work. Resale, public distribution and sublicensing are not permitted.
Keep delivery links and credentials private. You are responsible for misuse arising from sharing them.

6. Intellectual Property

Product content belongs to the Merchant or its licensors. The Store's page design, branding and technical implementation belong to SOLOMCN GLOBAL LIMITED. No copying, modification or distribution without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Violating applicable laws or regulations;
Paying with someone else's payment instrument or false information, or filing abusive chargebacks;
Cracking, scraping or interfering with the Store, its servers or networks;
Using a Product for purposes the product page expressly forbids.

We may cancel orders, revoke deliveries and restrict your use of the Store in these cases.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes and Termination

We may change Store features or remove Products at any time. Existing orders are unaffected and delivered content remains available as described on the product page.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Store is provided "as is". We make no warranty, express or implied, about the suitability of any Product or the results you obtain from it. We will assist with delays caused by force majeure, payment providers or email services, but accept no liability for them.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Terms is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from this Terms or your purchase shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which it shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
